Clayton has spent over 20 years in Environmental Management roles. The majority of his professional career has been spent as an Environmental Consultant within the NSW and QLD mining and resources sector. His experience focusses on soil survey and land capability assessments, mine rehabilitation, agricultural impact statements, site rehabilitation auditing, erosion and sediment control, mine closure strategies and mine planning approvals.
Clayton is a Certified Professional Soil Scientist (CPSS).
Clayton founded Minesoils in 2018, as a specialist environmental consulting firm aimed at providing the best soil, agriculture and rehabilitation services to the Australian mining and associated industries.
Outside of his career, Clayton is a family man and lives on a small acreage on the outskirts of Tamworth with his wife and two young kids. He is an amateur masters track and field athlete and enjoys the social side of travelling to locations around Australia and the world to compete.
